I just received a mailer from Ulta with a 20% off coupon for in-store purchases that is valid from Saturday, October 20th through Saturday, October 27th. It can be used on all regular price and sale merchandise except frangrance, Lancome, Clinique, Dermalogica, Benefit Brow Bar Services and clearance merchandise.
The Sephora 20% Friends and Family sale is rummored to be running from October 18 until October 31. It is valid on in-store and online purchases. I don't think there are any exclusions on this F&F sale. I suggest that you check out the Sephora Favorites "In The Glow" Set or the Tarte Fantastic Foursome 4-Piece Blush Enthusiast Set. I love them both!
